Mr. Armughan Ahmad Daud
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Mr. Armughan has been serving as Chief Financial Officer of PCICL since January 2019 and as CFO & Company Secretary since June 2024. Prior to joining PCICL, he spent over a decade with Askari Bank Limited, where he held a range of roles within the finance function and was actively involved in the Bank’s technological transformation initiatives. He also served as a key coordinator on two merger and acquisition transactions from the target company’s perspective. Earlier in his career, he worked with KPMG Islamabad for five years. He brings extensive experience across financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting under IFRS, taxation, audit, business modelling and forecasting, credit appraisal, fund management, risk management, and corporate governance. Mr. Armughan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Chartered Financial Analyst, with over 23 years of professional experience. He is also a Certified Director, having completed the Directors’ Training Programme from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in 2021.
