Mr. Armughan Ahmad Daud

Mr. Armughan joined PCICL as Chief Financial Officer in January 2019. Before joining PCICL, he had served a decade in Askari Bank Limited rotating through multiple roles within the finance function and had been actively involved in technological transformation of the Bank. He had also acted as a coordinator of two M&A transactions from target company side. He has worked in KPMG Islamabad for five years as well. His proven areas of expertise include FP&A, M&A, IFRS, tax, audit, business modeling and forecasting, credit appraisal, fund management, risk management and corporate governance.
He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan carrying 19 years of professional experience. He is a Certified Director under Directors’ Training Programme of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), 2021.
