He has 25+ years of work experience in financial sector, including last 14 years at Askari Bank Limited, where he has served as Regional Corporate Head South and as interim Regional Corporate Head North for a short tenure. He has diversified work experience in Commercial & Corporate Banking with numerous achievements in optimizing business operations, business development and expansion of marketing networks. He has done Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Business Administration, while he also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis & Design from the same institute.

Mr. Fu Chaoqing has been serving at PCICL since August 2021. He has 16 years of work experience in financial sector, including his employment at China Development Bank (CDB) since 2007. His last assignment at CDB was as In-charge of Comprehensive Risk Analysis/Risk Prediction/Risk Detection of International Financing Projects. He has also served as Senior Manager of Assets Quality Management Division, International Credit Management Department and as Deputy Division Chief of Assets Quality Management Division. Mr. Fu holds degree of Master of Management from Fudan University and Bachelor of Management from Hefei University of Technology.

Mr. Nabeel Tirmizi joined PCICL in January 2008. He has 18 years of diversified work experience in financial and corporate Treasuries and before joining PCICL has served in one of the largest Corporate Treasury in Pakistan. He also has expertise in equity research. He has done Masters in Business Administration major in Finance and was awarded with Gold Medal.

Mr. Armughan joined PCICL as Chief Financial Officer in January 2019. Before joining PCICL, he had served a decade in Askari Bank Limited rotating through multiple roles within the finance function and had been actively involved in technological transformation of the Bank. He had also acted as a coordinator of two M&A transactions from target company side. He has worked in KPMG Islamabad for five years as well. His proven areas of expertise include FP&A, M&A, IFRS, tax, audit, business modeling and forecasting, credit appraisal, fund management, risk management and corporate governance. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan carrying 19 years of professional experience. He is a Certified Director under Directors’ Training Programme of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), 2021.

Mr. Khurram Shahzad has been serving PCICL since February, 2016. He started his banking career with State Bank of Pakistan in 2009 and remained affiliated with Banking Inspection Department (existing Banking Supervision Department) for 6 years. He was involved in several full scope inspections of regulated financial institutions as well as various targeted inspections and special investigations. He also conducted on-site inspection of overseas operations of Pakistani banks located in various jurisdictions. He has accomplish Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) from International Compliance Association, in association with University of Manchester, UK. He also holds degree of Masters in Business Administration and has attended a number of training courses, including Management Training Program at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).

Mr. Umer Farooq joined PCICL in October, 2021. He has 16 years of professional domestic and overseas experience including last 5 years at MCB Islamic Bank Limited, where he was last serving as SVP/Head Financial Institutions, Public Sector & Market Risk. Previously, he has worked in different financial institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, UAE as Relationship Manager, Allied Bank as Manager Credit Risk, ABN Amro Bank N.V., Netherlands as Business Analyst and in Financial Access B.V., Netherlands as Senior Credit Risk Advisor. He has completed BS Software Engineering from FAST, MBA Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences and M.Sc. Finance, Corporate Finance & Banking University of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Mr. Sohail is associated with the Company since 2008. He has 25+ years of diverse experience in the field of Information Technology. His career spreads across different financial institutions including Commercial Bank, Investment Banks & DFI. Prior to joining PCICL, Mr. Sohail has served at NIB Bank, IGI Investment Bank Limited, Faysal Bank Limited and Al Faysal Investment Bank. His expertise comprises of study and analysis of business application software, I.T. infrastructure deployment, I.T. procurement, deployment of LAN / WAN and network and data security. He holds the degree of Masters in Business Administration (IT).

Mr. Saeed joined PCICL in November 2020 as Head of Internal Audit. He carries 20+ years of work experience, including 12 years with renowned banks in Pakistan. He started his career with MCB Bank Ltd in Internal Audit Department, where he served for 6 years. Then he served for 6 years at Faysal Bank Ltd, with his last posting as Unit Manager Documentation. Subsequently, he remained affiliated as faculty member and in financial management roles of renowned educational institutions for 7 years. Before joining PCICL he served as Head of Internal Audit at Kissan Support Services (Pvt.) Ltd; which is a wholly owned subsidiary of ZTBL. He also serves as a Senior Resource Person for Institute of Bankers, Pakistan (IBP) for conducting trainings on various topics.
