Mr. Amjad Mahmood

Director

Mr. Amjad Mahmood is currently having charge of Additional Finance Secretary (IF/INV/IGF) with 32 years of diversified work experience, in Civil Services of Pakistan. He has served in various executive positions during his service. He has served as Advisor to the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He has vast experience in dealing with matters relating to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFCL), National Security Printing Corporation (NSPC) and other Financial Institutions/ Regulators/Organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in Administration & Management from the Institute for Development Policy and Management, Manchester University, UK. He also holds Master’s degree in English Language and Literature and International Affairs Mr. Amjad’s areas of expertise include Public Financial Management & Public Administration. He has proven capacity to work in a challenging atmosphere with diversified stakeholders and against strict timelines.

Mr. Jiang Ketao

Deputy Managing Director

Mr. Jiang was appointed as Deputy Managing Director / Executive Director of the Company by China Development Bank (CDB) in August 2021. Before joining PCICL, Mr. Jiang served at China Development Bank for 21 years. He holds diversified experience of working in several departments and at various positions at head office and branches of CDB. His engagements included Project Development, Credit Management, International Finance and Belt & Road Business Development. He was awarded with the "National Financial Young Station Expert", "Model Worker of the China Development Bank" and several other prestigious awards and honors. Mr. Jiang is also serving as Non-Executive Director on the Board of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

Mr. Shahnawaz Mahmood

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Shahnawaz Mahmood has been nominated as Non-Executive Director of Pak China Investment Company Ltd by the Government of Pakistan effective from July 2023. Mr. Mahmood has previously served as Deputy Managing Director/ Executive Director of the Company for a commendable 06 years tenure. Mr. Shahnawaz has a strong background in infrastructure development through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative of the Government of Pakistan. He also played an important role in implementing UNDP project on Corporate Governance with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Mr. Shahnawaz is a Chartered Banker from Chartered Banker Institute, UK. As a Chartered Banker with an MBA (Executive) and M.Sc Finance and Economics degrees from the UK, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as the Non-Executive Director of PCICL.
